If no one is here, the house won't get destroyed, right? And even if it is, it doesn't really sound like Shaun can come back to it. Besides, one person really isn't enough to take down the Templars, that's just stupid. Quick scan for anything else important to grab, wondering if his parents already knew anyway, since the kitchen at least seems to have been left suddenly, then leaving the house. Quickly.*
