Well, at least you probably won't kill me.

[He flicks the projector's bulb back on and starts the film.]

[It's an old black and white newsreel, proclaiming the benevolence and care of a young pharmaceutical company, Abstergo. Occasionally though... one frame seems out of place, going by too fast to be picked out, but disrupting the flow of things]

Uhhuh. You know, I don't have to be a wizard to know this kind of thing is fishy. Might as well stick a sign on them saying "We pay off the media!"

[Tony is extremely good at picking up on things out of place; he rewinds the film slightly, and peers at the film stretched between the two reels, trying to spot the problem.]

[Oh yeah, it's pretty damn obvious.

Occasionally in a frame there's a simple word ("lies") or bit of information in itty bitty text ("Killed a witness"), or even just a symbol, a cross hovering over the head of someone, or even a reel number ("#314")]

I'm definitely in the subconcious I think I am. Also, these news people are crap cinematographers. Just for the record.

[Tony laughs.] Nice to see you're definitely in here with me, man.

For one thing, talking to you is a lot less awkward when I know you can actually hear me and I'm not just talking to myself. [He keeps watching the film, to see if there's anything important or more snark, he does like the snark.]

[Oh there's plenty more important, seemingly unimportant figures starting to be marked out in red, blue or yellow, the ones in red and yellow almost always being members of Abstergo]

[The film transitions to something else, but phrases come up, lines in italian and arabic, in a structure that repeats itself.]
