[Today shaun's got a glass tube filled with water and he's testing it. A small glowing rock is also nearby in a dish. This can only lead to good things]
At what point is it fine to let a team suffer? Is it fine when they've agreed to it and they didn't know how bad it could be? Is it fine when there's larger goals they're pulling off, even though the real chance of it working out is small? Is it fine when that small chance of success could help quite a few people? When's the line drawn Malik?
[ Malik pauses once more. If you don't mind, he's going to pour himself a cup of tea now. ]
I would say it all depends on the importance of their mission and how the members that are unable to continue would wish for their teammates to proceed and how they would think as well. The line is not one that is clearly defined and can vary from team to team. I would prefer the team to not undergo any additional suffering that is not needed.
[Now now, we don't know if William needs that YET. TAKING THAT.]
You know, Lucy'd probably have a go at me for using this so often these days, I'd get the warning tone and all of it, next thing I'd know she'd have me cleaning the toilets again.

...Malik what do I do about Desmond? He's already asking questions, and I've got no idea what to tell him.

Tell him what you think is best.

When I figure out how to say it, I will. I'm pretty sure he fancied Lucy.
