[WE DOIN' THIS, AGAIN. or rather you're at the college again, however this time there's more to it, there's a city off far in the distance, and the entire area seems... off, the colors leeched slightly out of the world.]

[The tower is a half-assembled mess, huge and rusted, with exposed rebar and broken cement in the entryway. The cieling's partially fallen through, but where it's landed it shattered like glass. You can hear whispers, but you don't know what they are saying.]

[Nope, but it is oily and black, a strange fluid that peeks through sometimes.]

*huh. well, not stepping in/on that, that's for sure.*

[Well that's good, because who knows what the hell that is, seriously.

In the middle of the room there's a staircase, winding, going up seemingly to the top of the building. There's an elevator in the corner, but the doors have been welded shut.]

*taking that staircase, not looking back*

[As you're going up you can see holes in the building, no windows seeming to have the glass in them. As your hand touches the railing, it peels away and falls to the ground, shattering. The same is true of the stairs you're climbing, they fall to the ground in warped piles of metal after you step off them.]

*Yikes. Not stopping, keep moving, trying to not touch that railing if he can help it.

How close to the top?*

You're at the second floor of........

-way too fucking high.]

*Right. Well, walking then. Wake me when we get there.*

[three hours later...]

*goddamn what a climb*

[you still have a way to go, and the stairs ahead are starting to crumble and crack.]

[it's corroding too fast, coming from the top down. You can jump, but it's better to just go for the current floor of the building and hope that it's sturdier than the stairs.]

[You make it! Your hands might be cut up a little from rusty metal, but detailllls.]

[Are you really? because this floor looks all sorts of Not Safe.

Apart from all the holes in the floor that show how very far up you are (seriously, you can't even see the bottom), you see wrapped white bundles carelessly strewn around the floor. Some are suspiciously stained, while others are unnaturally clean considering the circumstances.]

*Okay, okay. Glad he made it but also concerned about what do with this floor and this stuff. Nudges one of the stained bundles with his boot.*

[It rolls over and- well what did you expect from something that looks and feels like a dead body?]

*was curious if it was solid or an illusion or what. Nudging a clean bundle.*
