Not the zombies precisely, but the people here. It's a nasty mechanic actually, enough of your body gets destroyed and you end up near the closest little fuzzy bear. Not enough, and you just wake up where you were before.

I don't know what to comment on first, that you thought I haven't heard that one before, or that anyone would ruin perfectly good gin with rubbish vermouth, which is all vermouth really.

You're british. Everyone assumes you either like that number, or some brandy.

Which isn't an insult to brandy, at all.

Brandy's not terrible, but I've had far too many batches of it that went too sweet.

Yeah, I'll just do whiskey. Or scotch. Scotch isn't too bad.

The problem with scotch is that charcoal's supposed to filter everything out, not end up as a bit of flavor. It's like they looked at vodka and decided they wanted to be different and pretend to enjoy the taste of the sort of thing you use to start a fire.

It's strong as hell though, which is why the taste doesn't matter after two or three shots.

Got a point there, considering the how much it costs at a bar, might as well get yourself drunk on a budget.

Exactly. That's the only reason scotch is even really a standout.

Man, now I really want to go grab some of the liquor and have myself a mixing party.

I still prefer gin, I'll have a better flavor over a little less expense any day.

And where are you going to get that? The closest thing I could find on short notice is a good Spanish wine, just the owner would notice if I nicked a few bottles.

Two actually, one's inflatable and I wouldn't suggest it, but the other one's good. Not too loud and you can get a decent drink there most of the time.
